Return & Refund Policy

At ABCOTEX™ LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take every step to ensure our textile products meet the highest quality standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns may be accepted and refunds issued.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) delivered are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized fabric and uniform orders
  • Fabric rolls that have been cut or used
  • Samples and clearance items

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@abcotex.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided using a trackable courier service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

6. International Returns

For international customers, additional shipping time may be required. Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable. Returns must follow the same policy and eligibility guidelines stated above.
