At ABCOTEX™ LLC, we are committed to ensuring that your fabric and uniform orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our standard practices and procedures for domestic and international shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Standard products: 3–5 business days
  • Custom or bulk orders: 7–21 business days depending on production and packaging requirements

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Syria & Türkiye)

We offer reliable delivery across Syria & Türkiye through trusted local courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after order processing, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries. International shipping timeframes and fees depend on the destination, shipping method, and customs clearance.

  • Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express international shipping: 3–7 business days (upon request)

Note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For large or custom orders, our team will provide a tailored shipping quote before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can monitor your shipment status online through the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our textile and uniform products securely. All items are packed in protective, moisture-resistant cartons to ensure safe delivery.
